Medical Editing Intern（医学编辑实习岗位）

职位名称：

暑期医学编辑实习生（6月–9月，支持 CPT）

工作地点：

加利福尼亚州尔湾办公室（需线下出勤）

岗位职责：

• 编辑与排版：
• 审核、编辑各类医学文档，服务于全球制药企业客户，确保语言准确、术语规范、数据无误，并按期刊或会议要求进行排版。
• 质量保障：
• 严格遵守编辑规范和风格指南，确保稿件质量达到高标准，超越客户预期。
• 团队协作：
• 参与团队项目与资源文档建设，协助提升整体工作效率与知识管理水平。

任职要求：

• 教育背景：
• 生物医学、医学、药学、临床研究等相关专业的大三、大四本科生或研究生，须持有 F-1 签证并符合 CPT 实习要求。中国留学生优先。
• 语言能力：
• 具备优秀的英文书写及沟通能力。
• 技术能力：
• 熟练使用 Microsoft Word、PowerPoint 及 Adobe Acrobat 等常用办公软件。
• 细节把控与团队合作：
• 工作细致、耐心，能够在截止期前高效完成任务，具备良好的沟通与协作精神。

实习时间：

2025年6月–9月，每周至少出勤3天，具体安排可协商。

Summer Medical Editing Intern (June–September, CPT Supported)

Position Overview:

MedSci USA is seeking motivated and detail-oriented students for a summer internship in medical editing. The role offers hands-on experience in reviewing scientific documents and preparing publication-ready content for global pharmaceutical clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Editing & Formatting:
• Review and revise medical manuscripts for clarity, grammar, terminology, and formatting in compliance with journal or conference requirements.
• Quality Assurance:
• Ensure all editing meets the highest standards, strictly following relevant style guides and client expectations.
• Team Collaboration:
• Contribute to team knowledge-sharing initiatives and assist with internal resource documentation.

Qualifications:

• Junior/Senior undergraduates or graduate students in biomedical sciences, medicine, pharmacy, or clinical research fields.
• Must hold an F-1 visa and be eligible for Curricular Practical Training (CPT) .
• Preference given to Chinese international students.
• Excellent English writing and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and contribute in a collaborative environment.

Internship Period:

June to September 2025

Minimum 3 days per week; schedule can be flexible based on availability.
