Position Summary
Perform an array of functions involving the receipt, storage, movement, and consumption of materials in a pharmaceutical environment. Assists Warehouse Lead in reconciliation of inventory and assist others warehouse associates when needed.
Overall Job Responsibilities
Manage time and work load for shift operations
Prepare shipments by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes
Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times.
Control and maintain accurate inventory levels by conducting physical counts, determining root cause for discrepancies, and resolving/remedying discrepancies in inventory records such as SAP and Excel.
Education
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Minimum High school diploma, or equivalent
Experience
2+ years in Pharmaceuticals Warehouse and Distribution environment
Knowledge And Skill
Computer skills required (Word, Excel)
SAP preferred
Pharmaceutical experience preferred
Controlled substance experience preferred
Temperature controlled aka Cold-Chain experience preferred
Other Requirements
Forklift Certification
