Ascension Columbia St. Mary's Hospital in Milwaukee, WI, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Urologist to join our growing Urology Department. This is an exceptional opportunity to partner with a leading healthcare system and provide high-quality medical services to our community.

• Specialty: Urology
• Subspecialty Interest: General Urology with flexibility to focus on specific areas.
• Schedule: 1.0 FTE
• Call Schedule: Monday - Thursday for own patients; Weekend call (minimum of 1:4, potentially 1:6).
• Practice Location: Main location at Prospect Medical Commons with potential for satellite locations.
• EMR System: EPIC

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients with appropriate medical diagnostic and treatment skills.
• Participate in efforts to improve cost-effectiveness and quality of care.
• Accept patient referrals and act as admitting, attending, and/or consulting physician.
• Engage in academic programs (medical education, research) as requested.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation for insurance requirements and appeals.
• Participate in inpatient and outpatient consultations, including on-call schedules.

Qualifications:

• Licensure/Certification/Registration: Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board required prior to hire date. Advanced Life Support (AHA) preferred.

Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
