Transaction Assistant – Commercial Real Estate

About the Role

Our client is looking for a Transaction Assistant to support the Transaction Manager in executing real estate acquisitions and dispositions. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to grow in the commercial real estate industry. The role offers hands-on training, mentorship, and increasing responsibilities as you develop your skills.

What You’ll Do

• Support Transaction Managers with legal, due diligence, and closing activities for acquisitions and dispositions.
• Track transaction milestones to ensure timely completion by attorneys, vendors, and internal teams.
• Collect, circulate, and organize due diligence documentation.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors during the due diligence process.
• Maintain transaction management software with key dates and details.
• Prepare and finalize closing binders.
• Manage departmental mail and provide general administrative support.
• Assist with special projects within the Real Estate department.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of office support or administrative experience.
• High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
