Our client, an education management company, is looking for a temporary Recruiter to join their New York team! The ideal candidate will be excited and eager about the opportunity.

This role will start asap and will be ongoing with the potential to go permanent down the line.

Hours: 8:30/9am - 5:30pm

*Hybrid

Responsibilities:

• Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach
• Manage the interview process and assess candidates
• Work with hiring managers to understand job needs
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout
• Ad hoc tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities; a collaborative nature
