Tax Manager
Our client is a well established CPA firm located on Orange County with a diverse portfolio of clients in various industries including but not limited to: Manufacturing, Distribution, Construction/Real Estate, Non-Profit. They are on Hybrid work schedule with the exception of Busy Season (January to April) where it's required to be fully onsite.
They are seeking an experienced Manager in the Tax Department to coach and mentor a small team The Tax Manager reports directly to the partner or director responsible for the engagement. The Tax Manager must possess strong communication skills, able to provide direction and technical guidance to junior staff, proficiency to resolve tax related matters, support and build key relationships.
This position provides an excellent opportunity for the right individual to develop judgment and breadth of experience needed to become a Senior Manager.
