Job Title: Superintendent Job Location: Spokane, WA
Salary: $150k-$190k + Bonus + Vehicle + Benefits + 6% 401k Match
Requirements: 8+ Years Experience as a Superintendent on projects related to any of the following: Commercial, Multifamily, Healthcare, Industrial, Education, etc.
This is a full time/ permanent position with a 300-person general contractor.
They have a wide range of project ranging from $10M - $50M. Their projects include commercial, Healthcare, Education, Multifamily, etc. They are well established with consistent work and a strong backlog of projects. Due to growth, they are currently hiring for multiple Superintendents with ground-up project experience.

Key Responsibilities: - Provide field oversight on projects from start to finish
- Develop and manage the project schedule
- Manage subcontractors and all members of jobsite
- Monitor Construction progress
- Manage the team in evaluating project scope, site logistics, ensuring safety standards are met, etc.
Qualifications: - 8+ Years Experience as a Superintendent
- Experience on projects related to any of the following: Commercial, Multifamily, Healthcare, Industrial, Education, etc.
- Excellent planning and problem-solving skills
- Bachelors in Construction Management (or related) is a plus but not required
