Job Title: Superintendent Job Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Salary: $110k-$130k
Requirements: 5+ Years Experience as Construction Superintendent. Experience on projects related to any of the following: Commercial, Industrial, Multifamily, etc.
This is a full time/permanent position with a well-established General Contractor with a wide range of projects. Due to consistent growth, they are currently hiring experienced Superintendents. They have many ongoing / upcoming commercial and Industrial (Warehouse) projects.

What You Will Be Doing - Provide field oversight on projects from start to finish
- Develop and manage the project schedule
- Manage subcontractors and all members of jobsite
What You Need For This Position - 6+ Years Experience as Construction Superintendent
- Experience on projects related to any of the following: Commercial, Industrial, etc.
- Ground-up projects preferred
