Position Overview The Superintendent is responsible for overseeing all phases of construction projects from inception to completion. This role involves managing site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and coordinating with subcontractors to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities - Manage daily site operations and oversee construction activities
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project efficiency
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Monitor project progress and report on status to stakeholders
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess quality and safety standards
- Resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used
Qualifications - Proven experience as a Superintendent or in a similar role within the construction industry
- Strong understanding of commercial construction processes and regulations
- Familiarity with construction management software such as Procore
- OSHA 30 certification is required
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
