Strategic Payroll Director

QUAD is currently seeking a Strategic Payroll Director for a rapidly growing company’s New Castle, DE location .

The Strategic Payroll Director will be responsible for overseeing all payroll functions for 3000 multi-state employees.

Responsibilities of the Strategic Payroll Director

• Ensuring all payroll processing and garnishments are in compliance with regulations
• Acting as the main point of contact for all payroll, tax, and benefit plans issues
• Maintaining internal control system in compliance with SOX
• Training, mentoring, and managing staff
• Maximizing payroll processes and procedures effectiveness in coordination with other internal departments
• Posting and reconciling general ledger payroll accounts

Requirements of the Strategic Payroll Director

• Associates degree; Bachelor’s preferred
• 5+ years’ experience in payroll administration, with 2+ years in a supervisory role
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Microsoft Suite and payroll systems proficiency

Additional Details:

Salary: To $180k + bonus

Employment Type: direct hire

The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, location and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
