Based in sunny Southern California, our Retail Support Center (RSC ) is the heart of our corporate operations, dedicated to supporting both our retail and online stores. Position Summary

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Communication Specialist… to support our Store Operations Department.

Key Responsibilities

A typical day may include:

  • Written Store Department communication (messages, policies, procedures, training materials, other instructional materials, etc.).
  • Identifies opportunities and initiates communication to Stores.
  • Reviews content for accuracy, analyzing the context, identifying, and initiating updates.
  • Composes and edits communication in the appropriate tone, adjusting to different formats and styles.
  • Creates/implement tools to simplify procedures for stores.
  • Creates and updates forms and lists.
  • Creates training and resource videos
  • Participates in system programming application and testing. Provides support as requested for special projects (meetings, contests, etc.).
  • Provides field support (Regional Directors/District Managers/Stores) and service in a timely manner.
  • Ensure company standards are being maintained.
  • Ensures timely execution of assigned tasks and responsibilities.

Education & Experience

  • Minimum of one-year Management experience at major apparel retailer
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint preferred
  • Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop and Canva a plus
  • Excellent written/grammatical and verbal communication skills
  • Proofreading ability
  • Typing of 45 – 55 wpm
  • Phone etiquette
  • Organizational and formatting skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and prioritization
  • Highly motivated with a sense of urgency
  • High School Diploma or GED required.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

  • Professional office setting with low to moderate noise
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
  • Occasionally lift/move up to 20 lbs and navigate stairs
  • Frequent walking and movement between floors/departments

Compensation

Hourly Range: $21-$25

Final offer will be based on experience, skills, and qualifications.

What to Expect

Schedule: Full-time role with weekday office hours; occasional evening or weekend work may be required during peak retail seasons.

Work Location: Irvine, CA — minimum of 4 days per week in-office.
