Spiritual/Pastoral Care Director Saint Joseph Villa, Flourtown, PA A Sponsored Ministry of the Sisters of St. Joseph of Philadelphia The Director will assume the responsibility of leading the Spiritual/Pastoral Care Team at Saint Joseph Villa which is the home of approximately 200 Sisters of St. Joseph as well as our approximately 70 lay residents. This is a full-time position and one in which you will see the rewards of building relationships as we try to reflect a profound love of God and neighbor without distinction. We are looking for the right person who is truly interested in becoming a part of a ministry rather than just starting a job at a new location. You should have:

• Previous experience in long-term care or experience in working with the geriatric population in another healthcare setting is preferred.
• A Master's Degree in Theology, Religious Studies, Pastoral Care, Spirituality or a similar discipline is preferred.
• Clinical Pastoral Education: 4 units preferred, as well as management experience.
• A heart for serving others through compassionate listening.
• An understanding of the Mission, Vision, and Values of Saint Joseph Villa, or a willingness to come and learn.
