Sourcing Procurement Manager

Key responsibilities:

• Relationship Building with Client’s key stakeholders and to be a go to person @ onsite, when there are business requirements
• Business development & tap the potential areas to grow in sourcing & procurement space. Collaborate closely with internal departments to understand their sourcing needs, specifications, and requirements.
• Liaise between HCLTech India Offshore Team & stakeholders and manage the communications effectively.
• Prepare contents for business reviews.
• SLA/KPI monitoring & look for early warning signals.
• Identify potential automation & transformation opportunities
• Identify potential suppliers and conduct thorough evaluations to assess their capabilities, reliability, and quality standards.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers to secure favourable pricing, payment terms, and service level agreements.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, new suppliers, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Regularly review and analyse sourcing data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Requirements and Expected Skills:

• Excellent knowledge in Sourcing & Procurement domain
• Should have been as onsite coordinator in the past experience.
• Good knowledge around contract management, third party risk management, category management.
• Hands on experience on Oracle / Ariba / Sales force CLM tools.
• Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management and understanding of market dynamics and sound business judgement
• Good in analytical thinking, critical reasoning & decision making.
• Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills
• Prior experience with Banking or financial institutions will be an added advantage
