Position Summary:

We're seeking a savvy, full-time Social Media & Content Manager to oversee and execute all aspects of our digital presence. This person will manage our Facebook, Instagram, and other emerging platforms like TikTok, YouTube, and X. In addition to managing accounts, this role will focus heavily on content creation , engagement , and community management .

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, schedule, and post engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X (formerly Twitter), and other relevant platforms.
• Capture and edit photos/videos from events, live music, food/beverage offerings, and daily happenings at Galuppi’s.
• Engage with followers , respond to comments/messages across all platforms in a timely and friendly manner.
• Monitor and respond to reviews on Google, Facebook, Yelp, and in-house comment forms, escalating issues as needed.
• Build and maintain a content calendar to support marketing campaigns, events, promotions, and holidays.
• Stay on top of social trends and platform updates to keep Galuppi’s content fresh and relevant.
• Collaborate with in-house team and owners to align social content with overall brand and marketing goals.
• Track and report on performance analytics and suggest improvements based on data insights.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience managing social media platforms for a brand or business (restaurant or hospitality experience a plus).
• Strong knowledge of Facebook and Instagram is a must.
• Experience using TikTok, YouTube Shorts, X, and other emerging platforms is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with photo/video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe suite, or mobile apps).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a sharp eye for detail and tone.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate content ideas independently.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to be on-site full time , including during live events, weekends, and evenings as needed.

Schedule

flexible schedule with expectation of some weekend days and/or nights to shoot content as needed
