Social Media & Content Strategist:

We’re seeking a  full-time Social Media & Content Strategist to own and elevate our brand presence across social media platforms. This is a hybrid role combining strategic leadership with hands on content creation, ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity, organization, and

digital storytelling.

• Lead social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.), growing reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Capture, create, and edit content for daily posts: including photos, short-form video, and behind the scenes moments.
• Organize and manage content production locally (onsite activations, retail space, and events) while coordinating with freelance creators nationwide to source content from activations in multiple cities.
• Maintain a content calendar that aligns with campaigns, partnerships, and brand moments.
• Leverage generative AI tools and editing software (bonus if you already know them!) to create, polish, and scale content faster.
• Analyze performance data and optimize content strategy to maximize ROI.
• Stay on top of cultural and social trends to ensure our brand voice is relevant and impactful.

• 2–4+ years of experience managing social media accounts and content creation for brands, agencies, or startups.
• Proven ability to shoot and edit video/photo content for social channels (mobile first mindset).
• Strong understanding of social first storytelling and platform-specific best practices.
• Organized and resourceful , with the ability to manage local content capture while coordinating with freelance teams across the country.
• Creative mindset with a willingness to experiment — always exploring new content capture techniques, formats, and trends to keep our channels fresh.
• Go-getter mentality: Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is willing to go above and beyond when projects demand it. We want a teammate who understands that at times the balance may lean heavier toward work, but who also sees that as an opportunity to grow and make a big impact.
• Bonus: Knowledge of generative AI tools, editing platforms, and creative automation workflows .
• A natural communicator who can keep brand voice consistent while bringing new ideas to the table.

💼 Type: Full-time, salaried. $60k-$80k
