What You’ll Do:

As our HVAC Technician Recruiting Ambassador, you will be the face of our brand in recruitment outreach and workforce engagement. You’ll manage the recruitment process for key client partnerships and champion our brand throughout:

• Union halls, technical schools, job fairs, and training programs
• Regional travel within Greater Houston, TX for events and onsite client engagements
• Administrative and operational recruitment support , ensuring hiring workflows move efficiently and professionally
• Promotion of HVAC career pathways across a variety of community, educational, and industry platforms

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with union representatives, instructors, and industry leaders
• Represent John Betlem and TurnPoint Services at career fairs, community events, and recruiting initiatives
• Partner with local client offices in Texas and NY to ensure hiring alignment and presence
• Track, report, and analyze recruiting metrics and effectiveness of outreach programs
• Support candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding activities
• Serve as a brand ambassador—delivering an exceptional candidate experience at every step

What You Bring:

• A passion for the skilled trades and a strong belief in career development
• Experience in recruiting, workforce development, or community engagement (HVAC or skilled trade experience a plus)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to travel regularly throughout Greater Houston and work onsite in client offices when not attending events
• Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive and adaptable approach
