Sport Surfaces is seeking a highly organised, hands-on Site Superintendent to oversee day-to-day field operations for our sport court, asphalt, and site work projects. This is a leadership role for a motivated professional who thrives on delivering quality work, on time and on budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities for sport court, asphalt, and related site work projects
Manage subcontractors, crews, and vendors to ensure work meets quality standards
Monitor schedules, production, and material deliveries to maintain project timelines
Enforce job site safety and compliance with OSHA standards
Communicate daily with project managers and office staff to report progress, issues, and needs
Troubleshoot and resolve site challenges quickly and effectively
Qualifications:
5+ years construction experience; asphalt, concrete, and site work experience preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and site plans
Proficient with job site documentation and reporting
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Knowledge of sport court construction is a plus, but not required
