We’re looking for a motivated Showing Agent to support property tours while gaining valuable, hands-on experience in the field. Responsibilities: • Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner • Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion • Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients’ questions • Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales • Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service • Lead generation • Real estate sales • Buyer lead follow-up • Set appointments • Execute appointments • Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Present yourself in a professional manner • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly • Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car • Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision • A real estate license is required • Great communication • Sales experience About Company: Keller Williams — Los Feliz is one of the most collaborative and culturally rich offices in LA.
