I am thrilled to be partnering with a firm as they look to add a litigator who focuses on shareholder activism to their nationally recognized team.

If you have six years litigating complex matters such as the below at a competitive law firm this could be a great role for you!

• This team is highly regarded as a leader in shareholder activism, recognized by Chambers USA (2025)
• Counsel clients domestically and internationally on various engagements with the board of directors and teams, across a range of issues including:
• Challenging management decisions
• Enforcing shareholder rights
• Obtaining corporate records and shareholder lists
• Supporting board change
• Addressing misconduct or mismanagement
• Regularly appear in courtrooms all over the country, and frequently in Delaware Court of Chancery
• Clients include investment funds, companies, and individuals
• 1800 billable hour requirement for excellent salary and generous bonuses
• Clear path to partnership – excellent growth opportunities
• Title negotiable
