Job Title: Workday Security Administrator
Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid 1 2 days onsite/week)
Type: Contract
We are seeking a Workday Security Administrator with strong experience in managing Workday security configurations for HR and Financial modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining security groups, domain/business process policies, and role-based access controls , ensuring alignment with data privacy standards and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:Configure and manage Workday security roles , domain/business process policies, and custom security groups.
Administer user provisioning, de-provisioning , and troubleshoot access/security issues.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and segregation of duties standards.
Manage Workday Object Transporter (OX 2.0) for security/report migrations between environments.
Coordinate Workday release updates , perform impact assessments, and manage tenant validations.
Support and configure SSO/MFA authentication .
Maintain documentation and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
4+ years of hands-on Workday Security experience (HCM and Financials)
Experience with domain/business process security and role-based access controls
Strong knowledge of SSO/MFA , Workday tenant/release management , and OX 2.0
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT or related field
