**Ready Mix Class A CDL Driver - Immediate Start Available - Direct hire opportunity** Location: Tampa, FL Schedule: Monday-Saturday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM **Hours: 50-55 hours/week** Employment Type: Full-Time **Benefits:** Comprehensive benefits package included **About the Role:** We are actively hiring experienced Class A CDL Drivers to join our Ready Mix division. This is a full-time opportunity for dependable drivers who take pride in safety, efficiency, and professionalism. You'll be responsible for transporting ready mix materials across multiple locations along Florida's west coast. **Key Responsibilities** Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections Safely operate Ready Mix trucks to deliver materials on schedule Navigate a network of 12 locations across the west coast of Florida Maintain consistent communication and follow safety protocols Work mandatory Saturdays and be available for overtime **What We're Looking For:** Valid Class A CDL license Minimum 3 years of Ready Mix driving experience Familiarity with Kenworth or Mack trucks is a plus Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work long shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment **Work Environment** This position involves daily driving and material delivery, with a focus on safety and punctuality. Expect a physically active role with extended hours and weekend work. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Tampa, FL. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
