Salary: $120k-$160k + Benefits + Vehicle + 401k, etc.
Requirements: 3+ Years Experience as Construction Project Manager + experience projects related to any of the following: Commercial, Public Works, Government, etc.
This is a full time/permanent position with a well-established General Contractor primarily focused on projects related to Commercial, Public Works, Industrial, Government, etc..
Due to consistent growth, they are currently hiring for experienced Project Managers.

What You Will Be Doing - Project Management efforts including planning and coordinating all aspects of the project, including budget, timeline, and resources.
- Communicate with construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project progress and quality standards.
- Review project plans and specifications to identify potential issues and make recommendations for improvements.
- Monitor and ensure quality control and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure it is within estimated timeline and budget
- Review project documents including contracts, change orders, and project plans
What You Need For This Position - 3+ Years Experience as Construction Project Manager
- Experience on Ground-Up Projects for commercial, Industrial, Public works, government, etc.
