Process Maintenance Technician:

Insight Global is seeking a Process Maintenance Technician to work for one of our largest pharmaceutical manufacturers in the Holly Springs area. This position is working Monday-Friday, 6/7 AM to 4/3 PM.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Perform elastomer and diaphragm valve changeovers, with training provided by the manufacturer (Gemuo).
• Conduct pump rebuilds.
• Maintain, perform preventative and corrective maintenance on autoclaves, parts washers, chromatography skids, columns, and isolators.
• If experienced with CMMS, set up minimum and maximum parts lists and input PMs.

Qualifications:

• Experience in an industrial setting, preferably a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of pumps, water systems, centrifuge columns, SIP, BMS systems (Wonderware, Delta V), CIP, WFI.
• Proficiency with CMMS (e.g., SAP, Maximo).
• Ability to read P&IDs and identify components such as valves and pumps.
• Capability to mark blueprints and document changeouts with initials and dates.
• Experience maintaining and performing preventative and corrective maintenance on autoclaves, parts washers, chromatography skids, columns, and isolators. (can be a blend of this experience, doesn’t require all of what’s listed)
