Responsibilities:

• Develop a deep understanding of the data landscape to identify opportunities for analytics-driven improvements across the organization.
• Deliver actionable recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders to support key company objectives.
• Collaborate closely with teams in Product, Marketing, Finance, Risk, and Operations to define and track critical business metrics.
• Leverage advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to build predictive models for credit underwriting, performance marketing, customer lifetime value, and offer recommendations.
• Optimize predictive models to enhance accuracy and relevance in achieving business outcomes.
• Design and implement P&L forecasting models to evaluate the financial impact of initiatives on top-line and bottom-line metrics.
• Present data-driven insights to senior leadership, influencing strategic decisions and organizational growth.
• Continuously refine analytics processes to enhance data accuracy, scalability, and accessibility across teams.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support data science initiatives.

Must-Have Skills:

• 8+ years of experience in data science or analytics, with a proven track record of driving business impact.
• Data Product Building Experience!
• Experience building Voice AI Models!
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and SAS, with 5+ years of experience in developing and implementing machine learning models.
• Strong business acumen with expertise in areas like performance marketing, ROI, LTV, forecasting, and recommendation systems.
• Demonstrated success collaborating across Product, Marketing, Risk, Finance, and Operations teams.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.

• Strong data analysis and visualization skills.
• Practical knowledge of data engineering techniques and tools.
