Job Title: Supervisor, PDC

Location: Auburndale, FL 33823

Work Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Work Type: Onsite

Contract: 3 months

Payrate: $36 an hour

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Supervisor for a short-term assignment at our Part Distribution Center (PDC) in Auburndale, FL. This role is responsible for the direct daily supervision of PDC personnel, ensuring safe, clean, and efficient operations aligned with key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs). The Supervisor will lead training initiatives, coach and develop staff, and drive performance through audits and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations across all PDC disciplines to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Lead training programs, including safety training and on-the-job instruction.
• Conduct performance reviews, monthly discussions, and daily coaching.
• Monitor work schedules and optimize resource allocation to reduce overtime.
• Oversee inventory activities including inspections, cycle counts, and dealer return resolutions.
• Maintain accurate records and reports; ensure compliance with operational standards.
• Collaborate with the PDC Manager on operational planning, budgeting, and process improvements.
• Evaluate and improve space utilization, housekeeping, and sanitation standards.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Required Qualifications

Education:

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Experience:

• 2-4 years of frontline supervisory experience.
• 1-3 years in a distribution center, warehouse, or manufacturing environment.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities.
• Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
