**Job Description:** **3M** **is seeking a Part-Time Warehouse Operator**   **located in DeKalb, IL. This position is part-time on the** **Weekend Shift. Hours are Saturday-Sunday 6:30 am-4:30 pm** **Job Description:** The person hired for the position of Warehouse Operator will work in our 3M Distribution Center. Assignment could be anywhere from hand assembly, running machinery, warehouse general work or packaging. **Responsibilities:** + Work at various machines or stations assembling product or operating machinery, picking and/or packaging finished goods, and/or inspecting products + Use computers as needed to run process operation, input data, update inventory, etc. + Follow operating procedures and customer specifications to produce quality products which are delivered to customer on time + Fill and process orders for shipment + Picking and Packing Orders + Checking for damaged or missing items **Required:** + Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher + Work some weekends, overtime, extended hours and holidays as needed. + **Desired:** + Minimum one (1) year of experience in a warehouse operations role in a private, public, government of military environment + Demonstrated attention to detail + Strong written & verbal communication skills + Basic computer skills **Pay & Benefits:** + Competitive Salary - 1st Shift pay is $21.17/hr + Health Benefits (Medical, Vision & Dental) Coverage starts day 1 (One) of employment + 401K Match + Employee Stock Discount **For more information visit:** **About 3M** Do you see the world differently?
