Baer is looking for Oracle Cloud S2P Lead or a long term project located in Oak Ridge, TN

Title: Oracle Cloud S2P Lead

Location: Hybrid - 40-50% travel to Oak Ridge, TN

Duration: 4 tracks, 30-month timeframe based on scope- 2 weeks to onboard. Initial 3-4 months discovery phase

Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed

Description:

• Lead functional workstreams across Oracle Cloud Procurement and Sourcing modules
• Oversee delivery of SaaS configurations and ensure alignment with project goals
• Drive deployment planning and manage stakeholder communications
• Define and manage workshop schedules; lead workshops for requirement gathering and knowledge transfer
• Develop and document key design decisions, process flows, and data definitions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure best practices and successful delivery
• Guide business stakeholders in defining and adopting new processes

Requirements:

• Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement and Sourcing
• Proven ability to lead functional delivery of Oracle Cloud modules
• Deep understanding of procurement processes and SaaS implementation
• Experience conducting and managing functional workshops
• Ability to drive functional requirements and translate them into solution design
• Strong communication, leadership, and planning skills
