This role is for an Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) in a large, Level 1 trauma facility in Georgia. The position requires experience in a fast-paced environment, strong clinical skills, and proven ability to collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team. Weekend day shifts (Saturday and Sunday, 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM) plus one weekday are mandatory, along with on-call responsibilities and holiday coverage. Prior travel experience within a large Level 1 trauma facility is a must.

Responsibilities:
- Providing skilled nursing care in the operating room setting.
- Performing patient assessments, medication administration, and treatment planning.
- Collaborating effectively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other members of the surgical team.
- Maintaining a high level of clinical competency and adhering to all hospital policies and procedures.
- Managing on-call responsibilities and holiday coverage as required.
- Maintaining high ratings across all areas of the skills checklist.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an RN in a hospital setting, preferably in an operating room or similar high-pressure environment.
- Proven experience in a large Level 1 trauma facility.
- Exceptional clinical assessment, medication administration, and treatment planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
- Prior travel experience within a large Level 1 trauma facility.
- Current BLS certification (Basic Life Support) - likely required (implied).
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field (implied).

- Experience with specific surgical specialties or procedures.

- One additional weekday shift is required, with no block scheduling aside from the set weekend days.
