Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Onsite Program Supervisor to manage and support contract-to-hire employees assigned to the Chicago branch of a Lockbox program. This position plays a critical role in ensuring a seamless candidate experience while driving engagement, retention, and performance outcomes. The Supervisor will serve as the primary point of contact for all associates working in both the Clerical and Data Entry Lockbox units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily attendance, track occurrences, and communicate updates to leadership teams for documentation and compliance
  • Serve as the direct liaison for on-assignment employees, providing ongoing support, clarifying expectations, and addressing individual needs
  • Collaborate with supervisors and team leads to proactively identify and resolve needs
  • Foster a positive work environment by recognizing employee achievements and coordinating engagement activities
  • Maintain open communication with internal and external teams; share updates and debrief relevant information
  • Conduct daily employee check-ins to monitor progress and ensure expectations are met
  • Utilize internal reporting systems to track performance and key metrics
  • Review bi-weekly candidate scorecards and provide constructive feedback
  • Coach employees to improve attendance, quality, and professionalism
  • Lead initiatives to enhance employee morale and engagement
  • Maintain a visible presence on the production floor to support team members
  • Ensure accuracy in timekeeping and assist with timecard approvals
  • Manage time-off requests and communicate schedule or OT changes
  • Participate in daily huddles and act as a communication bridge between the client and staffing partner
  • Support new hire onboarding and training to ensure consistency and quality

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of team or project management experience, ideally in staffing or operational settings
  • Proven ability to coach, supervise, and assess employee performance
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with data tracking/reporting systems preferred
