Are you a people-focused professional who thrives on managing complex workforce programs and building strong client partnerships? Tailored Management is seeking an Onsite Contingent Workforce Program Manager to serve as the face of our contingent workforce partnership with Gift Health. In this role, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of the program, build trusted relationships with client leadership, and drive program success through strategy, service, and results.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the single point of contact for Gift Health leadership and stakeholders.
• Partner with client leadership to align on talent strategy and forecast future hiring needs.
• Analyze data using tools like Power BI to track trends, identify gaps, and drive improvements
• Manage daily program operations including interviews, onboarding, compliance, timekeeping, and performance management.
• Lead orientation and engagement initiatives to support worker retention and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with HR, Recruiting, Payroll, and Operations teams to resolve employee relations escalations and implement solutions.
• Facilitate employee coaching conversations, support employee relations case management, and ensure compliance with workforce policies.
• Organize engagement events and serve as a brand ambassador for Tailored Management.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience managing high-volume non-exempt workforces, ideally in logistics or manufacturing.
• Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
• Proven ability to navigate HR systems, applicant tracking platforms, and workforce management tools.
• Professionalism, resilience, and emotional intelligence to thrive in complex workforce situations.

Working Environment

This role is onsite at Gift Health in Columbus, OH. You’ll spend time in both office and warehouse environments, with occasional travel (1–2 times per month) to Tailored Management's corporate office in Grandview, OH.
