Title: Nurse Manager - NICU
Lead a Level III NICU serving the Greater Orlando area. Own daily operations, staffing, quality, and patient experience for a high acuity neonatal unit.
Key responsibilities
Direct day to day NICU operations and staffing to patient need
Standardize evidence based practice and ensure regulatory readiness
Drive throughput, productivity, and quality metrics
Coach charge nurses, preceptors, and frontline staff
Partner with physicians and support teams to improve outcomes
Qualifications
2 plus years recent acute care NICU leadership Manager or Charge
4 plus years staff level NICU RN experience
Active RN license. AHA BLS within 30 days. NRP within 6 months
BSN required. Advanced degree preferred
