About this Position:
Job Title: .NET Full stack Developer (Locals Only)
Education:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2. Relevant certifications in .NET, cloud technologies, or front-end frameworks are a plus.
Required Experience:
1. 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong focus on .NET technologies.
2. Experience in developing and maintaining large-scale web applications or online or payment portals.
3. Previous experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is preferred.
4. Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
5. Experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
6. Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
7. Proficiency in C# and ASP.NET Core for developing back-end services.
8. Experience with RESTful API design and implementation.
9. Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
10. Strong experience with SQL Server, including database design, writing SQL queries, and performance optimization.
11. Familiarity with ORMs like Entity Framework or MVC or Dapper.
12. Experience with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure or AWS.
13. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and automated testing.
14. Knowledge of serverless computing and cloud-native development is a plus.
15. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
16. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
17. A team player who is comfortable working in a collaborative environment and contributing to the success of the team.
18. Experience with Agile development practices, including participation in Scrum ceremonies.
19. Understanding of secure coding practices and experience implementing security features in web applications.
20. Experience in optimizing application performance, including front-end load times and back-end processing efficiency.
Preferred Experience:
1. Experience in Service Now is a plus.
2. Knowledge of State Government policies and practices.
3. Knowledge of Payment Portal implementation with funds management Integration.
4. Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks like Blazor.
5. Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
6. Understanding of UX/UI principles and experience working closely with design teams.
7. Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools (e.g., NUnit, Selenium, Jasmine).
