The candidate should be tech-savvy, capable of independently managing travel plans, emails, and other logistics. In terms of personality and childcare approach, the Candidate should be warm, engaging, imaginative, and creative, encouraging independence, learning, and good manners. They must be patient, calm, and nurturing, providing attentive care while promoting independence, while adhering to parents’ preferences.

The ideal candidate will have prior international travel experience, be able to manage children on planes, handle jet lag, and maintain their routines. Travel is required, including holiday coverage and multi-week trips. Additionally, the candidate must be capable of managing the children’s schedules, logistics, and activities.
