Job Description

Job Title: Material Service Coordinator

Location: Reynoldsburg, OH - LOCAL Candidates only - No Relocation Assistance

Shift: 2nd

Essential Functions:

  • Supervise the handling, warehousing, and distribution of production materials and finished products.
  • Receive and inspect incoming materials for quality and accuracy.
  • Maintain and manage warehouse storage systems and material handling processes.
  • Oversee order fulfillment, product shipment, and inventory/shipping record maintenance.
  • Act as liaison between departments for shipping and receiving activities.
  • Supervise packing, crating, labeling, and weighing of outgoing shipments.
  • Participate in and support physical inventory processes.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and support employee development.
  • Lead and develop direct reports, fostering a productive and safe work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with change point controls and company procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required; advanced education preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and management.
  • Self-motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Communication: Must be able to give clear instructions and communicate effectively in a dynamic, often noisy environment.
  • Hearing: Ability to understand spoken information and distinguish sounds.

  • Mobility: Must be able to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods; occasional reaching and lifting up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
