Job Description

We’re looking for a Marketing Automation Producer to bring sophisticated, data-driven customer journeys to life using Braze . This role sits at the intersection of marketing strategy and technical execution , responsible for building, executing, and optimizing cross-channel campaigns that engage customers with personalized, timely messaging.

As a hands-on producer, you’ll translate marketing concepts into dynamic, automated experiences—owning campaign build-out, trigger logic, testing, and deployment. You’ll collaborate across marketing, analytics, and data teams to ensure campaigns are not only beautifully executed but grounded in smart data strategy and sound technical logic.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and execute marketing campaigns across Braze—including push notifications, in-app messages, context cards, and inbox messages.
• Develop sophisticated customer journeys using Braze Canvas, leveraging behavioral triggers and event-based automation.
• Implement personalization and customization through Liquid logic and dynamic content.
• Partner with analytics and CRM teams to understand data structures and ensure campaign logic aligns with audience and business goals.
• Conduct QA/testing and deployment for all Braze campaigns, ensuring accuracy and flawless delivery.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize messaging strategies based on campaign performance and marketing analytics.
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Braze, establishing best practices, documenting processes, and helping the team mature its automation capabilities.
• Identify opportunities for improved workflow efficiency and automation sophistication, proactively driving innovation.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in marketing automation, CRM operations, or lifecycle marketing, ideally within a data-rich digital environment.
• Hands-on expertise with Braze (including Canvas orchestration, Liquid personalization, and event-triggered campaigns).
• Strong understanding of data integrations, segmentation logic, and behavioral triggers.
• Experience deploying multi-channel campaigns (push, in-app, email, context cards, etc.).
• Solid foundation in marketing and CRM analytics, with the ability to interpret performance data to recommend optimizations.
• Basic understanding of QA/testing practices in marketing campaign deployment.
• Strong attention to detail, proactive problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; thrives in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience

• Background in mobile app marketing or experience with Braze app-forward campaigns (push and in-app messaging).
• Familiarity with behavioral marketing concepts and customer journey design.
• Experience partnering with external vendors or third-party implementation teams.
