We are seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to join a leading manufacturing facility in Casa Grande, Arizona . This is an onsite contract role offering long-term stability and multiple shift options to fit different schedules.

🕒 Multiple Shifts Available

We have openings across various day, night, and weekend shifts , giving candidates flexibility based on their preferred schedule.

🔧 Role Summary

As a Maintenance Technician, you will perform multi-skilled maintenance work across mechanical, electrical, and facility systems to keep equipment and operations running efficiently and safely.

🔨 Key Responsibilities

Repair and replace equipment parts using hand and power tools
Conduct routine preventive maintenance to ensure maximum machine uptime
Inspect motors, belts, drives, filters, and other components
Use both basic tools and precision testing instruments
Install or repair wiring, electrical components, piping, and mechanical systems
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
Lubricate, clean, and maintain mechanical parts and machinery
Document maintenance and repair activities accurately

🧠 Skills & Qualifications

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Good verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented and a strong team player
Solid understanding of machine operation, repair, and maintenance
Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and basic engineering concepts
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Experience: 8–10 years in maintenance or related fields
