As a Landscape Construction Crew Member, you will play a vital role in building custom outdoor features such as pool decks and patios, working alongside a skilled and supportive team. Responsibilities

• Assist foremen and crew leaders in executing landscape construction and installation projects, including hardscapes and custom outdoor features
• Load, maintain, and manage landscaping equipment and tools on a daily basis
• Keep work trucks clean, organized, and ready for use
• Communicate effectively with supervisors to support ongoing skill development
• Coordinate daily tasks with team members to ensure efficient and high-quality project completion
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers throughout each project

Qualifications

• Experience or knowledge in landscaping, including hardscapes, plant identification, and irrigation systems
• Ability to safely operate equipment and tools for installing hardscapes, lighting, irrigation, planting, and grading
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
• Professional communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Dependability and dedication to achieving company goals
• Willingness to represent Ables Landscapes with humility and integrity
