Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and track inventory levels to ensure 99.97%+ accuracy across all SKUs
  • Monitor all inbound and outbound shipments; coordinate with carriers and vendors to ensure timely delivery
  • Utilize NetSuite to maintain up-to-date records and generate inventory and logistics reports
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and monthly physical inventory audits
  • Coordinate with the Warehouse Manager and wider team to resolve discrepancies and improve inventory flow
  • Optimize logistics processes, including receiving, storage, and shipping procedures
  • Oversee the proper labeling, storage, and rotation of goods (FIFO/LIFO as appropriate)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments (Sales, Operations, Customer Service) to support demand planning
  • Assist in setting up and managing relationships with 3PL partners as needed
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and regulatory guidelines
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and cost-saving strategies in logistics and inventory control

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in logistics, inventory control, or warehouse management
  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP (required)
  • Familiarity with shipping platforms, barcode systems, and inventory tracking tools
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations, cold chain logistics, and warehouse best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong Excel skills; ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights
  • Associate’s degree or applicable certification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Effective communication and leadership skills
