MD Staff Pointe is a growing healthcare staffing firm seeking a Physician Recruiter to expand their office in Dallas, TX. This is a sales role with primary duties to source, place and maintain a pipeline of qualified Locum Tenens Physicians. Base Salary + Generous Commission plan with no cap. The position is not remote or hybrid.

Core Recruiter Duties and Responsibilities
- Recruit qualified physicians through cold calling and all provided sourcing tools
- Cold calling, texting, & emailing prospective candidates
- Sell current and upcoming work assignment opportunities to prospective physicians
- Negotiate commitments, salary and contracts
- Build and maintain an active base of working physicians
- Collaborate with business development and other MD Staff Pointe departments to ensure transactions are completed timely and accurately
- Achieve and exceed sales goals and intermediate goals
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-3 years’ experience in recruitment, business development or sales preferred
- Healthcare experience preferred
- This position is ideal for a candidate who enjoys interacting with people and working toward a common goal.
