Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Under general direction from our field TTL (Technical Team Lead) perform HVAC preventive maintenance, repair, installation and replacement of associated mechanical equipment, and control systems.
• Provide our customers with the highest level of service to solve building inefficiencies and resolve service-related items
• Ensures work is being performed in compliance with state, local and Federal legal requirements and operates on the job with the highest of ethics
• Properly completes all required project and service documentation
• Adheres to customer and CKCT safety standards
• Uses best judgment on escalation for critical issues
• Assists in developing quotes and estimates, as appropriate
• Assists with the identification of material needs required for service delivery
• Communicates with customers upon arrival and before leaving the work site
• Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction by providing a world class experience
• Assists with keeping customer informed on the nature of service provided outstanding issues and recommends system enhancements, upgrades, and or repairs as applicable
• Conducts self-study (reading, research and practice) to improve and maintain technical proficiency
• Completes all training and certifications as required by the client or CKCT

Qualifications:

• Union Card Holder – Plumber and Pipefitter Local
• High School Diploma, GED required
• 5 + years’ experience in general commercial HVAC maintenance, installation, and repair.
• Air cooled/ water cooled, various compressors
• Clear Motor Vehicle Report
• Ability to pass company drug screen and background check
• Ability to be professional, courteous and pleasant with all clients
• Ability to act independently
• Effective interpersonal skills to represent CKCT properly to customers and other outside contacts
• Ability to explain technical information to technical and non-technical people
