We're currently seeking a dynamic and career-driven professional for the role of Home Health Rehab Manager .

About the Role

As the Home Health Rehab Manager, you'll oversee all therapy operations—including physical, occupational, and speech therapy—for our partner, Frederick Health. Reporting to the Director of Rehabilitation Services, you'll lead a dedicated team, ensuring high-quality care and strong financial performance.

This is a full-time leadership position with no direct patient care responsibilities . Candidates must be licensed in Maryland as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech-Language Pathologist, and have at least two years of supervisory experience in Home Health .

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage therapy operations in alignment with clinical, compliance, and financial goals.
• Ensure quality service delivery in accordance with federal/state regulations and Joint Commission standards.
• Supervise and support clinicians, fostering professional growth and accountability.
• Collaborate with Frederick Health Home Care leadership to maintain strong partnerships.
• Oversee budgeting, staffing, and performance metrics.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
• Conduct supervisory visits and manage supply/equipment needs.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of clinical and supervisory experience in Home Health.
• Licensed PT, OT, or SLP in Maryland (SLPs must hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence).
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to build team culture and drive results.
• Experience working with interdisciplinary teams and managing compliance and outcomes.
