Location: Denver, CO (Hybrid Available)

Salary Range: $225,000 – $275,000 +

A global technical consultancy is seeking a senior technology executive to oversee its digital evolution. As the Head of Strategic Technology & Innovation , you will define enterprise-level tech strategies, guide platform development, and lead innovation programs that directly impact client outcomes and internal productivity. This is a highly visible leadership position reporting to the executive team and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and drive the organization’s long-term technology vision
• Lead digital innovation programs that enhance services, systems, and client platforms
• Identify emerging tech opportunities that create operational and market advantage
• Develop and lead high-performing internal product and engineering teams
• Oversee digital risk, IP protection, cybersecurity, and platform security
• Lead partnerships with vendors and third parties to scale infrastructure
• Implement digital tools that increase internal automation and efficiency
• Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment with business goals
• Manage the roadmap and budget for technology and product development
• Monitor, adapt, and optimize the tech stack as the organization grows

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Engineering, Computer Science, Architecture, etc.)
• 10+ years of senior leadership experience in tech, digital strategy, or innovation
• Proven ability to drive change and launch enterprise-grade systems or platforms
• Experience in technical consulting, design, or engineering service sectors
• Advanced understanding of modern cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Strong background in product development lifecycle and team leadership
• MBA or advanced technical degree preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $225,000 – $275,000
