Position Overview

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will create visually striking designs across multiple platforms and mediums, collaborating with our team to deliver exceptional creative solutions for our diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities

The Graphic Designer will conceptualize and execute design projects from initial concept to final delivery. You will work closely with creative directors, account managers, and clients to ensure all visual communications align with brand guidelines and project objectives.

Your core responsibilities will include creating compelling visual designs for both print and digital media, developing brand identities, and maintaining consistent design standards across all deliverables. You will transform complex ideas into clear, engaging visual communications that meet our clients' objectives while pushing creative boundaries.

Essential Duties :

• Create innovative design solutions for digital and print media
• Develop visual assets for marketing campaigns, websites, and social media
• Design brand identity systems, including logos, typography, and style guides
• Prepare files for various production methods and platforms
• Collaborate with team members to conceptualize creative solutions
• Present design concepts to internal teams and clients
• Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables
• Maintain organized design files and asset libraries

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong typography and layout skills
• Excellent understanding of design principles and current trends
• Experience with digital and print production requirements
• Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility and creativity
• Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Agency experience with multiple client accounts
• Motion design and animation skills
• Experience with UI/UX design principles
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Photography and photo editing expertise
• Experience with design systems and brand guidelines
• Familiarity with prototyping tools
