GMLC Integration Engineer - Telecom

Location : Plano, Texas

Type: Direct Hire (in office)

We are seeking a skilled GMLC Integration Engineer to support the integration, deployment, and operation of location-based and telecom network services. This role requires strong technical depth, clear communication, and the ability to work across modern cloud and network environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly with internal teams and customers on project status and technical issues.
• Integrate and support solutions across 3GPP IMS, LTE, and 5G environments.
• Analyze and troubleshoot location-based services (LBS) and end-to-end call flows.
• Diagnose and resolve deployment and production issues.
• Support scripting, automation, and artifact generation to improve system reliability.

Required Technical Skills

• Solid understanding of 3GPP IMS, LTE, and 5G architectures.
• Knowledge of LBS platforms and telecom call flows.
• Experience with cloud platforms and virtualization (Hypervisor, KVM, OpenStack, AWS, Azure).
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm charts.
• Scripting skills in shell and/or Python.
• Call-flow analysis using Wireshark.
• Working knowledge of MySQL and Informix databases.

Technology Experience

• Cloud and container platforms: CBIS/CBAM, NCS (containers), Docker, Kubernetes.
• Deployment models: Bare Metal (BM), Virtual Network Functions (VNF), and Cloud-Native Functions (CNF).
