General Foreman
Texas - Main office is in Houston but travel throughout Texas.
Direct hire position
Per diem available
Company truck, laptop and fuel card.
Usually no less than 50/hrs a week.
Must have substation experience.
Lead and manage the on-site construction teams, including work schedules, project progress, and resource allocation
Serve as a liaison between customers, vendors, project managers, and other employees regarding current and future projects
Responsible for control of crew costs including effective use of manpower, work methods, and operation of equipment
Work with Project Superintendent to pre-plan work schedules and determine manpower levels, materials and equipment necessary for project productivity
Coordinate with subcontractors, materials, and equipment deliveries
Read specifications, such as blueprints to determine construction requirements or to plan procedures
Set and oversee production goals and daily production tracking.
Manage equipment and material resources efficiently to minimize downtime and maximize productivity
