IN Tech is partnered with a fast-growing AI technology company building the future of learning and workforce optimization through multi-modal avatars, AI-driven engagement, and next-generation personalization. Their platform enables enterprises to train, educate, and activate teams through intelligent, adaptive content and workflows.

This is a high-impact role for a Senior Full Stack Engineer who wants real ownership in an early-stage, product-driven environment.

The Role

You will design, build, and scale the core systems behind an AI-powered content creation and collaboration platform. This includes secure APIs, scalable microservices, and polished front-end experiences that support intelligent content delivery and real-time collaboration.

You’ll work primarily in Next.js (React) and Python , build AI-driven data pipelines, and integrate with customer platforms and external services. You will collaborate across product, design, and engineering teams (including offshore developers), ensuring high quality, speed, and consistency.

This role is ideal for someone who values craftsmanship, performance, and meaningful product outcomes.

Note: Candidates should be comfortable using AI development tools to enhance coding and QA (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code).

What You’ll Own

• Core interface for creating AI agents, videos, and multi-step learning experiences
• Creator tools: editors, timelines/canvas interactions, real-time collaboration, AI-assisted workflows
• AI orchestration for multimodal generation, dynamic content, and agent behavior
• Backend architecture and scaling (Next.js, Python, AWS)
• Cross-functional leadership, mentoring, and quality across distributed teams
• Developer experience through reusable components, tooling, and streamlined workflows

Required Experience

• 4+ years building scalable, production-grade software
• Strong in Python, Django, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Next.js (React)
• Cloud experience with AWS or GCP ; microservices architecture
• Hands-on with AWS Lambda, Step Functions, ECS, RDS , and modern JS frameworks
• Experience with pipelines, event streaming, and multi-system integrations
• Familiarity with Auth0, Twilio, SendGrid, Slack, and Microsoft Teams
• Strong engineering fundamentals: Git, CI/CD, code reviews, production ownership
• Database design (SQL/NoSQL) and data privacy best practices
