Job Description

Financial Processor- Temp to possible perm

  • Training: You'll receive 5 weeks of excellent, comprehensive training . 100% attendance is required during this period.
  • Pay $23
  • Start date: 7/28
  • Training Schedule: Hybrid, Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
  • Post-Training Schedule: Remote, Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM.
  • Tax Season (October - April): Possibility of alternate Saturdays.
  • Location: Malvern PA

This is an excellent entry-level, temp-to-hire opportunity that offers comprehensive training and significant potential for growth within our organization.

In this role, you'll be responsible for processing a high volume of client transactions while ensuring accuracy and adherence to all regulations. You'll work closely with experienced associates, develop proficiency in internal systems, and gain valuable customer service skills through client interactions.

What You'll Do:

  • Process Transactions: Spend 90-95% of your time accurately processing existing client transaction requests.
  • Client Interaction: Engage with clients over the phone to clarify incomplete or invalid paperwork.
  • Quality & Productivity: Partner with tenured associates to maintain department standards for quality and productivity.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Review transactions for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to all internal and external regulations, including SEC policies.
  • System Proficiency: Develop a strong working knowledge of internal processing systems and departmental policies.
  • Team Collaboration: Maintain effective work relationships with peers and management, keeping your supervisor informed of any issues.
  • Problem Resolution: Collaborate with tenured associates to handle complex processing issues and begin to research answers with internal partners.
  • Special Projects: Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
