THE ROLE: Financial Analyst

What You’ll Do…

We are seeking a detail-oriented Internal Financial Analyst to join our retail company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial data and reports, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial statements, sales data, and operational metrics to identify trends and anomalies
• Prepare budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis reports
• Support the development of financial models to evaluate business performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant financial information
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Proven experience as a financial analyst, preferably in retail or consumer goods
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools (e.g., ERP systems, Tableau)
• Knowledge of retail industry metrics and operations is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Base Salary: 80,000 annually

Therefore, final offer amounts may vary from the amount stated.
