Job Title: Event Project Manager

Location: Arlington, VA

Duration: 6 Months contract

Pay Rate: $40.00-$45.00/hr on W2 without benefits

Description : We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support tier-one events. This position will play a crucial role in driving strategy and participation at major events, including AWS Summits and re:Invent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management at tier-one events
• Develop and execute comprehensive event strategies to maximize business impact and audience engagement
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders across marketing and business units to ensure aligned messaging and objectives
• Establish and maintain regular meeting cadences with key stakeholders to track progress and address challenges
• Create and curate compelling content for event presentations, demos, and marketing materials
• Manage attendee enablement programs to drive meaningful participation
• Conduct post-event analysis and follow-up activities to measure success and capture learning

Required skills:

• Stakeholder management
• Project management skills
• Written communication skills
• Previous events management experience would be a plus
• Content creation and Presentation skills (PPT)
