Job Description

Summary:

• As an Events Coordinator, you will assist with the coordination and execution of small to medium meetings, conferences, and events.

Resource's typical working day:

• Move chairs and equipment
• Will be getting work orders
• Responding to customer requests for setups
• Daily inspections of the building
• Can be pretty rapid fire

Must Have Skills:

• Need to be tech savvy
• Need to be organized
• Lift up to 50lbs
• Work independently
• Have a good customer facing

Nice to have skills:

• If they have some furniture skills

Years of Experience:

• This person will not be planning events
• They will help in getting event spaces ready
• Pretty entry level

Education: High School Diploma

Software skills:

• Basic texting, email
• They have a work order system
